TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are pleased to offer a complete collection of prints directly from the artist´s studio. The artworks will be sent to you safely packed with a collection of art postcards with a selection of Terje’s motifs.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order to purchase an artwork from risberggrafikk.no, we will send you an e-mail with the details of your order. For low stock artworks this reply is not an acceptance of your order by us and does not guarantee the fulfillment of the order. If there are problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the issue and seek a resolution.

2. DELIVERY

The artwork will be sent to the address provided by you online. Package will be dispatched when payment is cleared. We make efforts to ensure quick delivery, but shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. The risk of loss and damage is ours until the date of delivery to you. After this date, the risk passes on to you. On receipt of the artwork you must inspect it and notify us about any damage or fault within 24 hours.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return your artwork to us within 28 days if you are not happy with it. A refund or replacement will be issued to you within 10 days of receipt of the returned artwork. Please contact us at info@risberggrafikk.no, and we will provide you with full details of the return procedure. Where an artwork is returned because it is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or develops a fault, both the cost of sending the artwork to you and the cost of returning it will be refunded by us. In all other cases, you will need to cover the cost of returning the artwork. All returns must be made in the existing package, and a proof of postage is mandatory.
